Course Format

Meditation Training, Personal Empowerment and Spiritual Development
 

Lesson Structure

Lessons in most courses have two parts:

(1) Things to Know — The information section.

(2) Personal Experience — A section for putting what you have learned into action using meditations, experiments, contemplations, etc., that you can do during your meditation practice and/or during your day. Journaling is recommended.

Four to seven days with each lesson is advised for meditation courses.

Testing

There is a short ungraded Completion Test after each course.
