The Prophesy

 

While searching for her spiritual master, an endeavor that took Durga Ma nearly three years, she encountered a prophesy concerning her music and her spiritual quest. The wise old woman who spoke this prophesy had no prior knowledge of Durga Ma or of her previous musical or spiritual experience.

The prophesy said that she would find her spiritual master soon, and that after several years of spiritual practice and meditation, she would return to her music and create a “new music” that had the power to activate dormant energies in the body of the listener and allow for a very ancient and forgotten path to spiritual evolution and transformation to manifest.

Durga Ma's music would move the listener into deep meditative states, and to find healing and spiritual growth. The use of the broad range of frequencies in her music would be organized in such a way as to activate chakras, and to awaken kundalini naturally. Through this natural process, set in motion by her music, the listener would find an open door to spiritual transformation.

This was many years ago.

In the process of answering a request to tell the story of her spiritual journey,* Durga Ma recalled this prophesy and suddenly realized that she was in the middle of its fulfillment. The prophesy was coming true.
