Register
early to reserve your place.
We are able to serve only a limited number of initiation candidates
at each Intensive.
Early Registration
Please register at least two weeks in advance of your Intensive,
as Intensives that are not filled to a minimum quota will be cancelled
by PMI (Phoenix Metaphysical Institute).
Late Registration
Persons wishing to attend an Intensive and who have not registered
two weeks in advance may call 623-271-9380 to
see if space is available.
Refunds
Tuition is payable in advance. Your
payment will be fully refunded (1) if the Intensive you select
is already fully booked and you choose not to select a different
Intensive date, or (2) in the event of cancellation of your Intensive
by Phoenix Metaphysical Institute (PMI) and you choose not to
select a different Intensive date.
Credit Cards
Use your Credit Card or PayPal to Register by clicking
the button for the Intensive date of your choice.
Checks
Checks must be received at least two weeks
before your Intensive date. Be sure to include the
date of the Intensive for which you are registering along with
your check to: Phoenix Metaphysical Institute, 4601 West
Golden Lane, Glendale, AZ 85302.
